Bowtie
From PyroGuide
Bow tie is the name for a shape-effect created by shells normally equal to or larger than 3", which comprises generically of two conical arrangements of stars. The burst gives the look of a bow tie and can sometimes be described as looking like a sweet wrapper. Commonly the conical arrangements of stars are offset by a ring, usually of coloured stars: this is called a "Ring and Bowtie" effect.
